Bus-y womb

I've no regrets with the title.

Alright so, I want to do a Valentine gift for and she said "I want that WIP you're doing >:3!".
Of course, I had to oblige.
And so, we have this lady right here. Flight attendant Sif whom, after quite a wild flight, finds herself pregnant with triplets.
Curiosly enough, her pregnancy is quite special as her babies grow at a faster rate than her already rapid pregnancy.
Poor girl wants to get to the hospital and takes the bus. While on her way a sudden growth spurt from the babies shocks her womb and alters her already gravid body.
